The first thing we do is bring our farmers together and register them all. Each farmer gets a farmer ID, and we record the farmer's details, farms and farming practices.
Registration lets us assign every farmer to an agent, keep a record of every bag sold, and record the farmer's kilo deduction savings in a passbook. Registered farmers can also be considered for soft loans and co-operative support.
